Policies 

• A  25% percent deposit is required to reserve appointment. Additionally, a medical intake form needs to be completed before massage. 

• For your convenience, we accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Pay Pal & Zelle(ambercooperman1989@gmail.com)

Payment options: 

1. Cash (no charge)
2. Zelle (no charge)
3. Card (3% charge)
4. Venmo (3% charge)
5. PayPal (3% charge) 

• Payment is due upon arrival. 

• Massage clock starts promptly after setup is complete.

• Cancellations policy: 

We charge 50% for 1-2 cancellations within a 24 hour period appointment. We charge 100% for 3rd cancellation within 24 hour period of appointment.
